My wife and I might want to build a detached garage at our house.

We're trying to figure out how much this will cost.

This is Part 1 of 2 to estimate the costs for me to drive back & forth to Tennessee to pick up the roofing we need instead of having it delivered.

We are required to use metal roofing due to requirements of our neighborhood. Metal roofing is more fire resistant than other materials and there is a high danger of wildfire where we live.
